Refund & Return Policy
In the event that you are unhappy with our products, your order can be Refunded or Exchanged within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, unworn, not damaged, the lace has not been cut and in its original packaging.
We unfortunately CANNOT exchange items that have been WORN, CUT, CUSTOMISED , or altered from the state that they were from leaving our premises.
Wigs that have been made to order , with wig specifications according to what the client requires are not eligible for refund as we cannot repack and sell to another client without losing the cost of the original wig , eg : remaking the wig .
Refunds or exchanges are not permitted on customised wig orders.
We arrange professional third party couriers to collect your returned order from your address so the process is quick and easy. Delivery fees charged need to be settled by you,

If you choose to do an Exchange we will cancel your original order and process a new order for you. If you choose a more expensive replacement item then the balance owing will be required to be settled by you prior to us delivering your replacement product. Your new order will be delivered as soon as we receive your returned order.
If you choose a Refund then as soon as we have received the returned order we will do a refund into your account via EFT or if you paid via YOCO we will simply do a refund via the specific payment gateway. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to process depending on the payment gateway.
Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of supply.
Please note that if you are an international customer upon confirmation of your order you accept responsibility for any customs taxes you may incur and are now in the position of the importer.
